Home Visits 

We are able to visit very poorly and housebound patients in their homes.

Sick Notes 

If you’re unwell and cannot work, you may need a sick note (sometimes called a fit note) for your employer .

Test Results 

If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

We always try to give you the best service possible, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened.

Out of Hours

If you need urgent medical care when the centre is closed, please call NHS 111. This is the three digit telephone number for urgent care services in the area.

Patient Proxy

Some patients find it helpful for a second person to have access to their online GP record.

Non NHS Services 

We provide a range of non-NHS services for when you need a letter or report from your GP on your medical conditions.

Forms and Letters

Patients often require letters or reports to be contributed to by clinicians.
