The easiest ways to order repeat prescriptions would be to download the Evergreen Life app, NHS app or email us via hiowicb-hsi.cghpartnership@nhs.net.

We do not take repeat prescription requests over the phone and we do not process repeat prescription requests at the weekend.
We recommend putting your repeat prescription request in five days before you run out of your medication. You may need to speak with a GP or Pharmacists before your prescription is issued.
You can usually collect your prescription from the pharmacy 2 to 3 working days after you have ordered it. You will need to choose a pharmacy to collect your prescription from. We call this nominating a pharmacy.

If you have questions about your medicine, your local pharmacists can answer these. They can also answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.
