For more information on measles, please visit the NHS website.
We have taken the decision to change our appointment system and how we make appointments. This is to ensure we continue to look after our patients in the safest possible way. We are following advice from NHS England and Public Health England.
Please consider carefully if your problem is urgent and cannot wait as we are entering an unprecedented period of demand on the whole NHS.
The following actions have been implemented by the North Hampshire Primary Care Team:
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY UNLESS WE ASK YOU TO
If you feel unwell and need to see a clinician today
Phone the surgery as usual and ask for a duty appointment. We will endeavor to deal with your medical care over the phone for your safety but if you need to be seen we will see you. If you come to the surgery please do not be alarmed if the doctor or nurse seeing you is wearing a mask, gloves or taking other precautions.
Clinicians have the option of video consultations, where appropriate, and necessary. Below is a video on how these work and how to get the most out of your video consultation.
If you need to make an appointment

For all of the services below please call the surgery or use the NHS App/online access – WE ARE OPEN AND HERE TO HELP:
Don’t forget our e-consult service is also available via our website.
With your support we hope to deliver the safest possible service during this turbulent period. We remain committed to the health and well-being of our population and thank you for your support.
