We now text the results of tests carried out by us to patients so that you don’t have to call us up for them.

All of our routine GP appointments, as well as all blood test appointments, are available to be booked online. The GP appointments release at 6.30pm each evening for 2, 4, 7 and 28 days in advance, meaning that most patients who work and have internet access, can book an appointment at a convenient time to them without the need to call the Practice during their working day.

Managers have been helping on the telephones during peak times in an attempt to keep the call volume manageable.

We have been trying to recruit additional receptionists for the past 5 months without much success until now. We have three more starting at the end of March 2019 and should therefore be up to full staffing from April 2019.
